Growing like a weed

Today our sweet pea turns 3 months old and I simply can't believe it. There is a lot to catch up on and document since I'm not very good at this blog thing. I told myself that I would do better, but she is just growing so fast and time....well time is just aflying! SLOW DOWN, I say!

Back in April, we went to the Hootie and the Blowfish Monday After the Masters. I currently serve on the board and we enjoy this event each year. It was a little different having a newborn with us this year, but fun nonetheless. Julie/David, Courtney, and Mom/Charlie were there this year so we had a lot of help with Piper.
Piper enjoyed meeting Darius Rucker at our event on Saturday afternoon at the North Beach Towers. It was a fun event, but wore both of us out!

Julie took care of Piper while I had to help with the auction at the Sunday night event. We enjoyed our day on the golf course on Monday and Piper was great!! (8 weeks, 4 days old)

On the Tuesday after MAM (which is held in Myrtle Beach each year), I drove down to Hilton Head with Piper for the Heritage golf tournament. Mom and Charlie had rented a condo on the course and we were excited about spending the rest of the week with them. Grant, Javi, and Gina came down on Thursday and we had such a great time!! I love this tournament and Piper did great on the course. We walked a lot, but the weather was abnormally cold and we didn't get to show off all of our cute outfits (Piper had more than me). Although it did rain a couple of days, we still managed to have an awesome time and we were in GREAT company.

Tuesday night we walked to the Rice Quarters to introduce Lisa and Joe Rice to Piper. Don Sherard (Tripp's dad) loved holding Piper when he could steal her from Lisa.
On Wednesday, we had a laid back day on the course and Piper enjoyed showing off her cute outfit from Sandy Agee!

Thursday (9 weeks old) was a little warmer and Piper enjoyed the course, but took in some Vitamin D with Courtney on the back porch. This is also when daddy decided to sing to her 'My baby got my teeth' and had me rolling. She loves her daddy!!

It rained all day Friday so we were inside most of the day. The weather cleared up for most of Saturday and we had a great day! Cross and Ethan came down and we enjoyed walking around with them!

Sunday was Easter and we started our day with a sunrise service on the 18th green. It was cold, but we wrapped up and I still managed to get Piper in her Easter bonnet. I had also made her a cute onesie to wear that day. Sunday was beautiful and we had a great Easter.

Happy Easter from our family to yours! (for the record, the Easter bunny ran out of room in the car so Pi's Easter basket will definitely be reused next year)

We love you so much P!
